About Karradale
The Karradale Culture
Karradale's name was coined from an Irish meaning for the word Karradale which means "Friendly Valley". Whilst the work can be hard, unpredictable and challenging, the culture is kind supportive and growth focused. Staff with a great attitude to learning are welcomed and given many opportunities to grow their skills. We work collectively and contribute as a team to work toward our goals we set for ourselves for the day, week, month and year ahead.
We are proud of what we produce and look forward to continuing to improve our products and strive for the best in management and production methods across all areas whilst ensuring postive personal growth, and the sustainability of our business and the land that we use.
